"Hi Sandy,   I doubt you'll remember me, but ...
I stayed at the Neon Rose last August, just before I was about to move to India for work.  I just wanted to tell you what an amazing weekend that was, it's one I look back on as a turning point and Neon Rose as a place where I made some really important and life-changing decisions.  Neon Rose will always have a special place in my heart for that.  So, just a huge thank you for providing such a wonderful retreat; I hope to come again soon.
